Dr. Edward Mazhangara - Director of Marketing
I was born and raised in Zimbabwe, Southern Africa. I did my undergraduate studies at the University of Zimbabwe, and a Master of Science at Purdue University in Indiana and then my PhD at Michigan State University. I am also the Founder and Pastor of Calvary International Fellowship Ministry, a church that ministers to the immigrant community of greater Lansing, Michigan.
While in Zimbabwe, I was awarded the prestigious Kellogg International Leadership Program (KILP), that helped expose me to international leadership through Global seminars, study tours and community projects in Thailand, Australia, UK, Ecuador, Dominican Republican, Mexico, and Austria.
Before moving to the United States I lost my dad to cancer. His battle was long and difficult and my father could only afford to be hospitalized in a public hospital, where the level of care was horrifying. My father’s demise was hastened by neglect and abuse by care providers and other medical staff. The pain of my father’s mistreatment has fueled my passion to provide excellent care to those who need it.
While finishing my PhD I was employed by several Heath Care Agencies and gained valuable hands-on experience and training to ensure no one would have to suffer the indecency my father endured toward the end of his life. I have joined forces with my colleague, Simba Chiduma, to form Royal Care Link, LLC, our Home Health Care Company poised to be the premier home health care company in Michigan.
